Common use of Liquidation Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Liquidation Proceeds. Amounts after deduction of amounts reimbursable under Section 3.05(a)(i) and (ii) received and retained in connection with the liquidation of defaulted Mortgage Loans, whether through foreclosure or otherwise, other than any Subsequent Recoveries. Loan Group: Loan Group 1, Loan Group 2, Loan Group 3, Loan Group 4, Loan Group 5, Loan Group 6 or Loan Group 7, as applicable.
