Liquidator Appointed by Court. If within thirty (30) days following the date of dissolution, or other time period provided in Section 16.2, a Liquidator has not been appointed in the manner provided therein, any Member shall have the right to make application to the appropriate court in the jurisdiction in which the Company is located for appointment of such Liquidator, and the said court shall be fully authorized to appoint and designate such Liquidator who shall have all the powers, duties, rights and authorities of the Liquidator herein provided.
