Liquor Legal Liability Policy. Prior to the manufacturing, selling, or distributing of any alcoholic beverages on the Complex Site, Owner shall, at its sole cost and expense, obtain, keep, and maintain or cause to be obtained, kept and maintained, a liquor legal liability policy with minimum limits of $5,000,000 each occurrence and aggregate.
