Liquor License Approvals. Except as the parties may otherwise agree, the Company shall reasonably cooperate with Parent and Merger Sub in reporting to all applicable Governmental Authorities the Company’s contemplated new ownership structure prior to Closing and will reasonably cooperate in the resolution of the administrative actions (if any) brought before such Governmental Authorities prior to Closing.
