Common use of List of Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

List of Benefit Plans. Details of the plans are contained in brochures provided by the Employer. The Employer shall pay the cost of premiums of the following plans: • Medical Services Plan of BC • Extended Health Benefit Plan (For part-time employees, coverage is for the employee only) • Group Life Insurance • Accidental Death & Dismemberment (For part-time employees, coverage is for the employee only) • Dental Plan (75% of A, 75% of B, 50% of C to $4,000) (For part-time employees, coverage is for the employee only) The Employer agrees to arrange, for all full-time and part-time employees, a Weekly Indemnity Plan and a Long-term Disability Plan with the premiums for these plans to be paid by the employee.
