List of Bondowners. The Trustee shall keep on file a list of names and addresses of the owners of all Bonds, together with the principal amount and numbers of such Bonds. At reasonable times and under reasonable regulations established by the Trustee, such list may be inspected and copied by designated representatives of the Issuer, the Lessee or owners of not less than 10% in aggregate principal amount of Bonds then outstanding, such possession or ownership and the authority of such designated representatives to be evidenced to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee. The Trustee shall mail any notices which it is required to furnish Bondowners pursuant to the terms of this Indenture to all names and addresses on such list.
List of Bondowners. If the Trustee is directed in writing by the Issuer to so provide, the list of the names and addresses of the registered owners of the Bonds may be inspected and copied by owners (or a designated representative thereof) of ten percent (10%) or more in principal amount of Bonds outstanding hereunder, such ownership and the authority of any such designated representative to be evidenced to the satisfaction of the Trustee.
