The Tenants definition

The Tenants means the proprietors for the time being of the Leases whether as lessee or under-lessee and "Tenant” shall be construed accordingly.

More Definitions of The Tenants

The Tenants. Proportionate Share" means the ratio the area of the demised premises bears to the total leaseable area of the building or buildings (exclusive of basement) on the lands shown on Schedule "A". Tenant shall throughout the term be entitled:
