Common use of List of Products and Services Clause in Contracts

List of Products and Services. Ilios hereby authorizes the Representative to solicit the sale of the products and services set forth on the document marked Appendix “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Products”). The Representative agrees that Ilios may from time to time modify this Agreement by providing to the Representative a substitute Appendix “A”.
