The List Prices clause defines the standard prices at which goods or services are offered by a seller to buyers. List Prices. (a) The prices to be paid by DISTRIBUTOR to WINERY for each order of Products shall be WINERY'S prices in effect on the date said order for Products from time to time on thirty (30) days' written notice to DISTRIBUTOR to compensate for increases in its cost of manufacturing Products due to changes in currency exchange rates or increases in energy, labor, raw materials or transportation costs or in duties or other governmental charges, impositions or assessments. No price increase shall effect the prices of Products sold to DISTRIBUTOR pursuant to orders placed by DISTRIBUTOR and accepted by WINERY prior to the effective date of such price increase.
(b) Any and all taxes assessed to WINERY by federal, state, or local governments on sales of WINERY'S Products to DISTRIBUTOR shall be included on invoices rendered by WINERY to DISTRIBUTOR.
List Prices. From time to time, Symantec shall provide Digital River with price lists setting forth the * prices from Symantec to Digital River for the Symantec Products (“List Price(s)”). The current price lists for the Symantec Products as of the Effective Date is set forth as Exhibit R to this Agreement. Symantec’s Revenue Accounting department and Global Online Sales team will maintain and update the Symantec Products in terms of both product lines offered, their SKUs listing and any List Price changes, and forward this updated list to Digital River. Unless otherwise noted and provided as separate lists in Exhibit R, the List Price and the ERPs are the same.

(b) The prices will be reevaluated and DISTRIBUTOR will be notified in writing annually thirty (30) days prior anniversary date (date of signature agreement) by WINERY.
List Prices. Buyer will provide Supplier with List Prices for Subscription Contracts. As updates occur to any such List Prices, Buyer will provide Supplier with those updates.
List Prices. For each Products that Distributor acquires for delivery to an End-User, Distributor will pay Teamwork the Standard Retail Price to End-Users in effect at the time the order is received, less the Distributor Discount. This payment will be due and payable within thirty (30) days after Teamwork ships the respective copies of the Products to Distributor. All amounts will be stated in U.S. dollars, F.O.B., Teamwork s distribution center.

List Prices. 4.1 At the Commencement Date the List Prices shall be as set out in Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
4.2 From time to time, the Distributor may request in writing a variation to the List Prices providing details of its suggested variation.
4.3 Upon receipt of a request to vary the List Prices, System Builder Software shall acknowledge the request in writing and System Builder Software and the Distributor shall use all reasonable endeavors to reach agreement on the List Prices. However, if after 30 days from receipt by System Builder Software of such request the parties have not reached an agreement either party may then submit the dispute to expert determination. The determination must be conducted by an independent expert appointed by System Builder Software and the Distributor, or if they fail to make an appointment, appointed by the Chairman for the time being of the Australian Computer Society Inc., New South Wales Branch. To assist the expert to reach a decision, he must have regard to the following matters:
(1) the determination must be conducted in an informal and speedy manner;
(2) the license fees charged by System Builder Software to its customers outside of the Territory for the Licensed Programs or programs similar to the Licensed Programs; and
(3) the license fees charged by other companies for similar products both within the Territory and outside the Territory.
