Common use of Listing Information Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>DIECA’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>DIECA’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>treat Knology’s directory listing information with the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords treats its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Knology’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>API’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>API’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Mpower’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Mpower’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>IDS’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>IDS’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>NOW’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>NOW’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>ITC^DeltaCom’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>4 States – GT&Cs 01-25-02 ITC^DeltaCom’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>’s ITC/\DeltaCom's directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s ITC/\DeltaCom's customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Your Communication Connection’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Your Communication Connection’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Source One Communications’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Source One Communications’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>New Phone’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>New Phone’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>NewSouth’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>NewSouth’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Cbeyond’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Cbeyond’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>BroadRiver’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>BroadRiver’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>’s New Access’ directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s New Access’ customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>’s Xxxxxxxxx.xxx's directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s Xxxxxxxxx.xxx's customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Utilicore’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.limit

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Express Connection’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Express Connection’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>ALLIANCE’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>ALLIANCE’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Advantel’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Advantel’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>CTES’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>CTES’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>PointeCom’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>PointeCom’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directoriesdirectories and such information shall not be used for other purposes.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Local Telecom ’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Local Telecom ’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Pathnet’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Pathnet’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Best Communications’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Best Communications’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Express Title’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Express Title’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>’s treat Knology's ----------------------------------- directory listing information with the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords treats its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s Knology's customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Synopsis Communications Inc.’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Synopsis Communications Inc.’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Buy-Tel’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Buy-Tel’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Arrow’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Arrow’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>’s X. Xxxxxxx’x directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords affords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Easy Telephone Services Company’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Easy Telephone Services Company’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Ruddata’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Ruddata’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Arrow’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Arrow’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Broadwing Local Services Inc.’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Broadwing Local Services Inc.’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Max-Tel’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Max-Tel’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

BellSouth will accord afford <<customer_name>customer_short_name>’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords affords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Broadslate’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Broadslate’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Easy Telephone Service’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Easy Telephone Service’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Level 3’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Level 3’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directorieslistings.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>’s Dialogica Communications’ directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>’s Dialogica Communications’ customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>SPARDI’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>SPARDI’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord <<customer_name>>Xxx.Xxx’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to <<customer_name>>Xxx.Xxx’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories.
