Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Ymax Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Ymax Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Ymax Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Ymax may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Listing Information.
Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord VarTec Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec Listing Information.

Frontier shall accord Onvoy Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Frontier accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Frontier elect to do so, it may use or license Onvoy Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Frontier uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Onvoy Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Onvoy may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Frontier shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Frontier shall not be obligated to compensate Onvoy for Frontier's use or licensing of Onvoy Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate iNetworks or a Reseller for Verizon's use or licensing of Listing Information provided by iNetworks.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Z-Tel for Verizon’s use or licensing of Z-Tel Listing Information.

BA shall accord Mpower Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that BA accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should BA elect to do so, it may use or license Mpower Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which BA uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Mpower Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Mpower may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and BA shall honor such requests to the same extent as it does for its own Customers.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate ENT for Verizon's use or licensing of ENT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Budget Phone for Verizon’s use or licensing of Budget Phone Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Global Link for Verizon's use or licensing of Global Link Listing Information.
