Common use of Listing Information Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord IDS’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to IDS’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees who are involved in the preparation of listings.
