Common use of Listing Information Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord Talk America’s directory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouth accords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limit access to Talk America’s customer proprietary confidential directory information to those BellSouth employees or agents who are involved in the preparation of listings or directories and such information shall not be used for other purposes.
