LISTING OF ADS. The Company shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to continue the listing or quotation and trading of the ADSs on the Principal Market (including, without limitation, maintaining sufficient net tangible assets, if required) and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the rules of the Principal Market, except where the failure to be so, as the case may be, could not have or reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
