Posting of Schedules. The Employer shall post the weekly work schedule for all employees not later than Monday 6:00 p.m. and twenty-two (22) days in advance. An employee's schedule may be changed without notice in the event of absence of other staff due to sickness or accident or in the event of emergencies. In all other cases, at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any change must be given or four (4) additional hours' pay given in lieu of notice. All requests for time off for special personal events to be made to Management for their approval prior to the posting of the schedule, and will be granted wherever possible. It is understood that this clause does not apply to casual employees. There shall be a daily starting time for each employee. Daily hours of work for full time employees shall be consecutive, with the exception of meal periods.
Posting of Schedules. Each employee's schedule for any week shall be posted as early as possible, but in no event later than 12:00 noon on the Wednesday immediately prior to the week in question. It is the intent of the foregoing to ensure that each employee is advised of their work schedule at the earliest possible time.
14.4.1 Each employee's schedule shall state clearly the daily starting time, meal period(s), finish time and days off.
14.4.2 In the event that the employee's schedule for any week is not posted in accordance with section 14.4 and 14.4.1 of this article, their previous weekly schedule shall carry over until a new schedule is posted, subject to all provisions of this Collective Agreement.
14.4.3 After posting as per Article 14, there shall be no reduction in hours scheduled for any day in the week without notice being posted by 12:00 noon the day prior to the day in question. The Company shall make every reasonable effort to contact the employee with notice of such change.
14.4.4 Notice of change of shift schedule shall be given no later than 12:00 noon of the day prior to the day of change. If such notice is not given, the employee shall be credited with all hours originally scheduled plus any additional hours, provided that such time is paid at the appropriate rate. When an employee is on duty, the Company will be deemed to have given notice when such notice is posted. The Company will make every reasonable effort to notify the employee directly if the employee is off duty or assigned to work outside of their normal place
14.4.5 The notice referred to in 14.4.3 and 14.4.4 herein shall be deemed to be waived where unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, sickness, accident, network scheduling changes, compassionate leaves, malicious damage etc. beyond the control of the Company prevail on the day in question.
14.4.6 Except where employees are hired to work specific weekend shifts, the Department Head or Manager will arrange, where possible, work week schedules so that each employee shall have at least four (4) weekends off per broadcast quarter, unless agreed to otherwise by the employee and management.
14.4.7 Except where employees are hired to work night shifts, work schedules of employees shall be so arranged where possible, whereby no employee shall be required to work more than three (3) consecutive calendar weeks (15 working days) on the night shifts. Where possible the starting time during any work week shall be consistent.
Posting of Schedules. Work schedules will not be used for disciplinary or discriminatory purposes.
Posting of Schedules. (a) Schedules of hours to be worked shall be posted two (2) weeks in advance of the schedule to be worked. The schedule will cover a minimum of four (4) weeks.
(b) Before schedules are drawn up, a Nurse requiring specific days off shall submit, in writing, a request for such days off and the Employer will endeavour to grant such requests.

Management shall forward the following Memorandum to Store Management personnel, a copy of which shall be posted on the bulletin board in each store: It is one of the responsibilities of the Store Manager to:
1. Estimate, plan and schedule the work to be done each day, and;
2. Schedule the hours of work of each employee so that work assignments shall be completed in an efficient manner. Any employee scheduled to work a full shift shall be required to work eight (8) hours less rest periods. It should be your objective to establish the employees’ schedules so that all work (including clean- up duties) is completed in eight (8) hours. Please plan and arrange your employee work schedule in accordance with the foregoing. We insist upon strict compliance with this provision, as well as other Sections of the Collective Agreement.
Posting of Schedules. Schedules for work shall be posted in the department affected not later than two (2) weeks in advance. Errors if any, will be corrected as soon as possible by the supervisor who made the schedule.

Each employee’s schedule shall be posted in his/her immediate work area. It is the intent of the foregoing to ensure that each employee is advised of his/her work schedule at the earliest possible time. It will be the responsibility of the employee to check the posted schedule. Employees may not switch or vary shifts without prior written authorization from his/her manager. Any alteration or change of an employee’s hours of work will be done for operational purposes only and not in a discriminating or punitive fashion.

Posting of Schedules. The Employer shall determine and post monthly work schedules by the twentieth (20th) of the month immediately preceding the month in which the schedule is effective. The Employer retains the right to adjust work schedules to maintain an efficient and orderly operation. However, once the schedule is posted, both the Employer and its employees will attempt to adhere as closely as possible to the posted schedule. The Employer will in good faith give consideration to employee circumstances when changing work schedules or reassigning work. If the Employer is required to change the schedule after it has been posted, the employee and the Employer must mutually agree upon that change.
