Common use of Listing of CABs Clause in Contracts

Listing of CABs. Each Party shall designate CABs to participate in confidence-building activities by transmitting to the other Party a list of CABs which meet the criteria for technical competence and independence, as identified in Appendix 1. The list shall be accompanied by supporting evidence. Designated CABs will be listed in Appendix 4 for participation in the confidence building activities once confirmed by the importing Party. Non-confirmation would have to be justified based on documented evidence.
