Listing of Common Units. The Partnership will procure, at its sole expense, the listing of the Series C Conversion Units issuable upon conversion of the Series C Preferred Units, subject to issuance or notice of issuance on any National Securities Exchange on which the Common Units are listed or admitted to trading.
