Listing on Exchange. If the Company lists its Common Stock on any national securities exchange, the Company shall, if requested by the Investor, promptly use its reasonable best efforts to cause the Senior Subordinated Securities to be approved for listing on a national securities exchange as promptly as practicable following such request.
