Listing on Exchange. If the Notes are to be issued as a global Security in connection with the distribution of the Notes to the holders of the Preferred Securities upon a Dissolution Event, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Notes on the New York Stock Exchange or on such other exchange as the Preferred Securities are then listed.
