Common use of Listing on Exchange Clause in Contracts

Listing on Exchange. If the Debentures are to be issued as a Global Security in connection with the distribution of the Debentures to the Holders of the Trust Preferred Securities issued by the Trust upon the dissolution of the Trust, the Company will use its best efforts to list such Debentures on the New York Stock Exchange or on such other exchange on which the Trust Preferred Securities are then listed.
