Log Prices The following price schedule shall be designated as the contract value and shall apply to all logs removed from designated timber. Payment shall be for net log scale, unless noted. Log prices shall be: Conifer Logs Price per MBF Xxxxxxx-fir $ Western hemlock and other conifers $254.69 Western red cedar $577.50 Sawmill grade logs under 50 board feet At price above Utility (pulp) logs, adjusted gross scale At price above Peelable cull logs, adjusted gross scale At price above Hardwood Logs Price per MBF Red alder and other hardwoods $478.30 Sawmill grade logs under 20 board feet $478.30 Utility (pulp) logs, adjusted gross scale $478.30
Price Schedule 35.1. All prices under this agreement are set forth in the attachments designated Table One and Table Two of this Agreement are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement.
Sale Price (a) As consideration for the sale of the CEF Assets pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the Purchaser shall pay to the applicable Seller on the Closing Date, the CEF Purchase Price for the CEF Assets sold and transferred by such Seller to the Purchaser on the Closing Date. The CEF Purchase Price for the sale of CEF Assets shall be an amount equal to the fair market value thereof as agreed upon by the Purchaser and the applicable Seller prior to such sale.
BIDDING PRICE 4.1 Prior to the commencement of the auction sale, all persons or parties intending to bid for the property at the auction sale shall deposit with the Auctioneer a valid bank draft or cashier’s order drawn of MBSB for a sum equivalent to TEN Per Centum (10%) of the reserve price (“The Bidding Deposit”).
Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number Requirement Grantee will provide their valid DUNS number contemporaneous with execution of this Agreement.
Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.
Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive. Within this acceptable period, an adjustment of [insert the adjustment factor], will be added, for evaluation purposes only, to the Tender price of Tenders offering deliveries later than the “Earliest Delivery Date” specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. [An adjustment factor of 0.5% per week of delay would be reasonable. However, the adjustment factor should not be more than the rate of Liquidated Damages to be applied in case of delay in delivery of Goods and Services under the Contract conditions.]
BID PRICES 3.1 Bidders must state in the Attribute Section if the bid prices will remain firm for the full contract period; or if the bid prices will be subject to escalation/de-escalation.
