MLS Compilation definition

MLS Compilation means the accumulated Property Listing Content submitted by any and all Participants and/or MLS members, and which is compiled, recorded, and/or distributed by MLS in any format, including, but not limited to, bound book, loose-leaf binder, computer database, card file, internet or web-based application, or any other format.
MLS Compilation means any format in which property listing data is collected and disseminated to the Participants, including, but not limited to, bound book, loose-leaf binder, computer database, photographs, card file, or any other format, for which MLS is deemed to hold copyright protection.

Examples of MLS Compilation in a sentence

  • A Participant shall not cause or permit the distribution of MLS Compilation, as a whole or in part, or any other manifestation of the MLS Compilation to any individual or entity other than the Subscribers affiliated with the Participant and other than as specifically provided elsewhere in this Article 11.

  • Participants, and those persons affiliated as licensees with such Participants, shall be permitted to display the MLS Compilation to prospective purchasers or lessees only in conjunction with their ordinary business activities of attempting to locate ready, willing, and able buyers or lessees for the properties described in said MLS Compilation and to prospective sellers or lessors in conjunction with their ordinary business activities of attempting to list properties for sale or lease.

  • Nothing contained in this Section12.1 or elsewhere in these Rules and Regulations is intended to convey, nor shall anything herein or therein be deemed to convey, to any individual or entity a right to Participation in the Service or any right of access to any data or information contained in any MLS Compilation where conveyance of such rights or access to such data or information is prohibited or not permitted by applicable law.

  • A Participant and the Subscribers affiliated with it shall be permitted to display non-confidential fields within the MLS Compilation data and other manifestations of the MLS Compilation to a bona fide prospective purchaser or lessee of a Listed Property, but only in the ordinary course of the business of the Participant and its affiliated Subscribers in their efforts to locate ready, willing and able buyers or lessees for the Listed Property.

  • Participants and subscribers shall be permitted to display the MLS Compilation to prospective purchasers only in conjunction with their ordinary business activities of attempting to locate ready, willing, and able buyers for the properties described in said MLS Compilation.

  • Certified or Licensed Appraisers who are MLS Participants or Subscribers shall be permitted to reproduce the applicable portions of the MLS Compilation to the parties essential to completion of a transaction and only in conjunction with their ordinary business activities.

  • Each listing Participant shall carefully review each MLS Compilation to detect any error, typographical mistake, oversight or omission regarding Property Data Sheets submitted by such Participants and shall promptly report to the Association in writing any error, mistake, oversight or omission.

  • MLS is the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in the MLS Compilation and Comparables Reports.

  • The service charge for the Multiple Listing Service, the rental fee for each copy of the MLS Compilation and the charges for service provided by the Association to Participants and subscribers shall be in such amount as is established, from time to time, by the Board of Directors of the Association.

  • Participants, and those persons affiliated as licensees with such Participants, shall be permitted to display the MLS Compilation or portions thereof to prospective purchasers only in conjunction with their ordinary business activities of attempting to locate ready, willing and able buyers for the properties described in the MLS Compilation.


More Definitions of MLS Compilation

MLS Compilation means any format in which property listing content is collected and disseminated to the Participants and Subscribers, including, but not limited to, bound book, loose-leaf binder, computer database, card file, or any other format determined by the Board.
MLS Compilation means the proprietary compilation of content regarding the sale of real estate that is developed, compiled and organized by ValleyMLS. The MLS Compilation may include Listing Content and photos relating to the Designated property types.

Related to MLS Compilation

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Dataset means the data specified in Appendix 1 (Environmental Information) to Schedule 11.2 (Management Information) as the same may be amended from time to time by the Secretary of State (acting reasonably);

  • available techniques means those techniques which have been developed on a scale which allows implementation in the relevant industrial sector, in the economically and technically viable conditions, taking into consideration the cost and advantages, whether or not the techniques are used or produced inside the United Kingdom, as long as they are reasonably accessible to the operator;

  • Computer means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a result based on a sequence of instructions.

  • Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Manuals means the manuals and other documents that may be supplied to the Contractor by Land Bank on or around the Signature Date, or as soon thereafter as may be practicable, and which Manuals contain, inter alia, information and/or data relating to or in connection with the Land Bank Policies;

  • Software means (a) all computer programs, including source code and object code versions, (b) all data, databases and compilations of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, and (c) all documentation, training materials and configurations related to any of the foregoing.
