Common use of Listing; Reservation of Shares Clause in Contracts

Listing; Reservation of Shares. (a) The Company will maintain the listing of the Shares on the Nasdaq Global Market, and (b) the Company will reserve and keep available at all times, free of preemptive rights, Shares for the purpose of enabling the Company to satisfy its obligations under this Agreement.
