Listing Service. Xxxxxx agrees to submit the Seller’s property listing to the MLS most appropriate for the property location at the Broker’s discretion, or an acceptable alternative MLS if separately agreed upon between Broker and Seller. Xxxxxx agrees to opt-into available MLS syndication (see MLS Listing Syndication).
