Listings and Other Offers. Seller shall not list the Property or any part thereof with any broker or otherwise solicit or make or accept any offers to sell the Property or any part thereof, engage in any discussions or negotiations with respect to the sale or disposition of the Property or any part thereof with any third party, or enter into any contract, agreement or letter of intent regarding the disposition of the Property or any part thereof.
