Common use of Lists of Structures Clause in Contracts

Lists of Structures. Engineer shall provide State with the following lists of structures, as both hard copies and as native Microsoft Excel files, updated with each submittal, and a cumulative version at the end of the work authorization. State will not accept Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. For each bridge, the list format must include the facility carried and feature crossed, as well as the NBI number and the data outlined below. Off-system bridges must be grouped by local jurisdiction. On- system bridge lists must be grouped by County and Maintenance Section Number. Within each grouping, Engineer shall list bridges in increasing order by NBI number.

For each bridge, The Engineer shall report this information to the list format must include State in the facility carried and feature crossed, as well as Excel spreadsheet titled “List of Structures” which is provided to the NBI number and Engineer by the data outlined belowState. Within each grouping, the Engineer shall list bridges in increasing order by NBI number. At the end of each work authorization the Engineer shall email a copy of this list and photos (where required) to the State District Bridge Inspection Coordinator and the State Bridge Inspection Program Manager.
