Common use of LITIGATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES Clause in Contracts

LITIGATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES. In the event of any litigation between the parties hereto to enforce any provision hereof or any right of any party hereunder, the prevailing party in such litigation shall be entitled to recover from the party the reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of suit reasonably incurred by that party. The validity and interpretation of the contract between the Seller and UNICOM Government, which shall include the terms and conditions of the Order, shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
