Living Accommodations. You are invited to bring your own bed, linens and furniture for furnishing your personal bedroom as you choose. For the your safety, and to ensure the licensed setting remains in compliance with all regulatory requirements, you agree to request and obtain written approval prior to moving furniture into your room. You may choose to use some or all of the accommodations provided by the 24-hour Residential Setting/Provider which includes: Bed (mattress and box springs) Bedding (linens (fitted, flat, pillow case) Mattress pad Pillow Blankets (as needed for your comfort) Private dresser Closet space

Living Accommodations. The City shall continue to provide living accommodations (such as appliances, dishes, etc.) now being provided by the City subject to the Fire Chief's approval.
Living Accommodations. (A) Each occupant shall be provided with a single room of not less than eighty (80) square feet of floor space. The interior walls and ceilings of the room shall be covered with a suitable material such as xxxx or tile. The room shall be properly insulated to guard against year round climatic conditions and sound. Each room shall be fully enclosed with a door and mortise-type lock and the occupant shall be supplied with a key. There shall be a weather proof window in each room, which shall be covered by a screen and equipped with window blinds or lined drapes. (B) A clothes closet of minimum dimensions of 24 inches depth and 36 inches width, and of sufficient height to permit the hanging of over-coats and such like personal belongings, a shelf to serve as a luggage rack. (C) A single household-type bed of box spring and mattress construction. The bed shall not be less than six feet in length and shall be of good quality. (D) A table equipped with a drawer. (E) A radio shelf. (F) A waste basket and an ash tray. (G) A chair. (H) At least three (3) coat hooks on interior walls. (I) A mirror-type cabinet. (J) A towel rack, soap dish, and a glass holder. (K) Individual controlled heat per room.
Living Accommodations. 15.01 Current Employees who are not residents in the R.M. of Wood Buffalo will be provided accommodation by the Employer. They will have the option of using transportation provided by the Employer from Fort XxXxxxxx to the shop and will receive a $250.00 a month transportation allowance. Employees staying in Employer provided accommodations in Fort XxXxxxxx will receive a meal allowance of $300.00 per month which will be reduced on a pro-rata basis for time they are absent during their scheduled shifts in the month. 15.02 Current Employees who are residents in the R.M. of Wood Buffalo and who did not inform the Employer before June 14th, 2019 that they would be moving into Company provided accommodations will receive $12.50 per hour for every hour worked to a maximum of $2,100.00 per month as an accommodation allowance. 15.03 New hires will be chosen on the basis of either being local or fly in or fly out and in the latter case they will be provided with Company accommodation. 15.04 All Employees will be allowed to change their choice of whether to stay in Company provided accommodations once annually with notice of their election provided at least 30 days before lease renewals on July 30th.

University Housing will assess a sales and use tax to all groups that do not present a Georgia Sales and Use Tax exemption certificate. All invoiced charges must be paid from an account that is exempt in order to not be assessed tax.
