Living away from home - Special provisions. Where an employee is subject to the living away from home provisions as prescribed in clause 7.3 the employee will be entitled to sufficient notice of termination to arrange suitable transport at termination, or, will be paid as if employed up to the end of the ordinary working day before transport is available.
