Status Reports DSI will issue to Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary a report profiling the account history at least semi-annually. DSI may provide copies of the account history pertaining to this Agreement upon the request of any party to this Agreement.
Appointment of Special Servicer; Asset Status Reports (a) Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association is hereby appointed as the initial Special Servicer to specially service each of the Mortgage Loans (other than the Outside Serviced Mortgage Loans) and each Serviced Loan Combination.
Financial Statements, Reports, etc Furnish to the Administrative Agent (which will promptly furnish such information to the Lenders):
Financial Statements; Accountants’ Reports; Other Information The Guarantor shall keep and maintain at all times complete and accurate books of accounts and records in sufficient detail to correctly reflect all of the Guarantor’s financial transactions and assets. In addition, the Guarantor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Lender the following:
Records Reports To maintain records and to prepare and file reports required by law to be filed by the Trustee or required by agreement with the Company or by this Trust Agreement;
Progress Reports 8. Within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter following the date of this Agreement, the board of directors shall submit to the Reserve Bank written progress reports detailing the form and manner of all actions taken to secure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and the results thereof, and a parent company only balance sheet, income statement, and, as applicable, report of changes in stockholders’ equity. Certain Reports Promptly upon their becoming available and without duplication of any obligations with respect to any such information that is otherwise required to be delivered under the provisions of any Loan Document, copies of (i) following an initial public offering, all financial statements, reports, notices and proxy statements sent or made available generally by Holdings or its applicable Parent Company to its security holders acting in such capacity and (ii) all regular and periodic reports and all registration statements (other than on Form S-8 or a similar form) and prospectuses, if any, filed by Holdings or its applicable Parent Company with any securities exchange or with the SEC or any analogous governmental or private regulatory authority with jurisdiction over matters relating to securities; and
