Common use of Load and Equipment Limits Clause in Contracts

Load and Equipment Limits. Tenant shall not place a load upon the Premises that exceeds the load per square foot that the structural portions of the Premises were designed to carry, as determined by Landlord or Landlord's structural engineer. If Landlord or Landlord's structural engineer determines that any improvement or load placed upon the Premises exceeds the load per square foot that the structural portions of the Premises were designed to carry, then Tenant shall remove such load or otherwise remedy such fact to Landlord's satisfaction. Upon demand, Tenant shall pay the cost of any such determination.
