Common use of Load Shedding Priority Clause in Contracts

Load Shedding Priority. (a) Not Used. (b) The Parties agree that for each Demand Customer Delivery Point for which no ELMS Data has been provided Evoenergy, acting reasonably, is entitled to curtail delivery of Gas to that Delivery Point or request that a User or Customer cease withdrawing, taking or using Gas at that Delivery Point at any level or to any Quantity it deems appropriate in its discretion and without taking into account the Load available to be reduced or ceased at any Load Shedding Priority at any other Delivery Point.
