Loan Agent Criteria. The Loan Agent, and any entity appointed as a successor Loan Agent, shall be subject to the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 6.8 of the Indenture. If at any time the Loan Agent shall cease to satisfy such requirements, it shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect hereinafter specified in this Article V.
