Loan Concentration. (i) Permit less than 65.0% of loans held for investment (as defined in the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower) by the Borrower to be comprised of Senior Commercial Real Estate Loans, as measured by the average daily outstanding principal balance of all loans held for investment (as defined in the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower) during a fiscal quarter and as adjusted for non-controlling interests for which none of the Borrower or its Affiliates or the Borrower’s external manager or its Affiliates holds majority lender status or similar voting control for the subject loan.
