Loan Portfolio definition

Loan Portfolio means a portfolio of claims (either loans, invoices or other debt) which have not been paid upon their maturity and/or on their due dates.
Loan Portfolio means the value of post-dated cheques received in respect of payday loan funds advanced to customers of the Business as at the Effective Time and not yet due.
