Loan Disbursements. The words "Loan Disbursements" or "Loan Disbursement" shall mean and refer to any and all advancement of acquisition and/or construction funds under the Loan Documents for the Purpose stated, after all conditions precedent thereto have been met and satisfied as determined by the Lender.
