Loan Disbursements. Borrower agrees to pay all fees and expenses of Collateral Agent charged in connection with the performance of its duties under such Collateral Account Pledge Agreement. Advances deposited by or on behalf of the Lenders into the Borrower Operating Account or to a Construction Account established by the Collateral Account Pledge Agreement shall be deemed fully made to Borrower on the date of such deposit.
