Loan Document, etc. This Agreement constitutes a "Loan Document" for all purposes of the Senior Credit Agreement and the other Senior Loan Documents. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the Senior Creditors and the Subordinated Creditors with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties or understandings, whether oral, written or implied, as to the subject matter of this Agreement.
