Loan Documents to be Executed by Credit Parties. As a condition precedent to Lender’s disbursal or making of the Loans pursuant to this Agreement, Credit Parties shall have executed or cause to be executed and delivered to Lender all of the following documents, each of which must be satisfactory to Lender and Lender’s counsel in form, substance and execution:
