Common use of Loan Notice Clause in Contracts

Loan Notice. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Notice of Borrowing requesting the Borrowing of the 2017 Additional Term Loans on the Amendment Effective Date in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.03 of the Amended Credit Agreement.
