Common use of Loan Party Name Clause in Contracts

Loan Party Name. The exact name of each Loan Party is set forth in the first paragraph to this Agreement (or, if such Loan Party is not listed in such first paragraph, such exact name is set forth on Schedule 5.6 hereof). Except in each case as set forth on Schedule 5.6, no Loan Party has been known by any other corporate, limited liability company or partnership name in the past five years. No Loan Party sells Inventory under any other name except as set forth on Schedule 5.6 and no Loan Party has been the surviving entity of a merger or consolidation or acquired all or substantially all of the assets of any Person during the preceding five (5) years.
