LOAN RATES AND FEES. 5.1 All loan rates and fees quoted by GMFS LLC to Correspondent will be in a form and by a method established by GMFS LLC from time to time. No rate quotes or “rate-locks” will be binding upon GMFS LLC unless agreed to in writing, via a lock confirmation issued to Correspondent, by a designated authorized employee of GMFS LLC.
