Loan Servicing Fee. In addition to the Management Fee and the other reimbursements to Manager provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, Owner shall, on a monthly basis, pay to Manager for its management services with respect to Debt Investments a Loan Servicing Fee equal to 2.75% of gross interest received from these investments.
