Loan Servicing Fee. From and after the Effective Date and until the Termination Date, the Administrative Borrower on behalf of the Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Agents, a non-refundable loan servicing fee (the "Loan Servicing Fee") equal to $5,000 each month, which shall be deemed fully earned when paid and which shall be payable on the Effective Date and monthly in advance thereafter on the last Business Day of each calendar month commencing on December 31, 2018.
