Loanpal Payments. Within two (2) Business Day after Loanpal has issued a Milestone Approval for a Project pursuant to Section 3.5.2 that is associated with a payment, Loanpal shall pay or fund (as applicable) the Installer Price, in immediately available funds, to Installer at the account designated by Installer on Exhibit C (the “Installer Account”). Installer may change the Installer Account direction from time to time upon five (5) business days’ written notice to Loanpal by providing an updated Exhibit C.
