Loans by Partners. Subject to the requirements of Article 5.2, any Partner or its Affiliates may make financing available to the Partnership as Optional Loans but shall have no obligation to do so. Any such party loaning money to the Partnership shall have the same rights regarding the loan as would any unaffiliated Person making the loan to the Partnership, except as may be otherwise expressly set for herein.
