LOCAL BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT. Manager acknowledges that City seeks to promote employment and business opportunities for local residents and firms on all City contracts. Manager shall, to the extent reasonably possible and allowed by Law, solicit applications for employment and bids and proposals for Subcontracts for work associated with this Agreement, from local residents and firms, as opportunities occur. Manager shall hire qualified local residents and firms, whenever feasible and allowed by Law.
