Tenant agrees to consult with HRC to determine appropriate methods for promoting participation by LBEs in the Scope of Work. Architecture, Engineering, Laboratory Services (Materials Testing), Trucking and Hauling, and Security Guard Services are categories of services that may provide opportunities for certified LBE participation.
