Local Calling Detail. Except for those Services and in those areas where measured rate local service is available to end-users, monthly billing to NEN does not include local calling detail. However, NEN may request and GTE shall consider developing the capabilities to provide local calling detail in those areas where measured local service is not available for a mutually agreeable charge.
