Local Connection. Applicants will have a local connection if they:  Have been continuously resident in Pennine Lancashire for six of the last twelve months, or  Have been resident in Pennine Lancashire for three of the last five years, or  Have a family member who is resident in Pennine Lancashire and has been for a minimum of five years – family members include parents, siblings, children, adult children, grandparents, other special persons (the applicant must have an ongoing relationship and be in contact with the person providing the local connection), or  Have been employed in Pennine Lancashire for the last six months and the work is not seasonal or temporary and the applicant must be working at the point an offer of a tenancy is made See appendix one for more information. Evidence of the local connection will be required.

Local Connection. Local connection to Lancashire with priority given to those with a local connection to Chorley (within same priority needs bands – see sections 14 and 15) • The applicant must be able to demonstrate that they have lived for the past 3 years continuously in the Chorley Council area. • The applicants must be able to demonstrate they have lived for the past 6 months or 3 out of the last 5 years in the Chorley Council area • Applicants who have worked for the past 12 months in full time employment in the Chorley area, providing the work is of at least 16 hours per week • The applicants must be able to demonstrate they have a close family member who reside in the Chorley area and have resided there for at least the last 5 years. Close family member for this criteria means adult children, siblings or parent. • Any other long standing connection accepted by Chorley Council. It is accepted that older people who have lived in Chorley almost all their lives, may not meet the above criteria, and that exceptions mat be made on a case by case basis • Applicants must meet the minimum age criteria of 55 years. • In the case of joint applications (spouse / partners) at least one of the applicants must meet the minimum age criteria of 55 years or older. • Where two people wish to live together so that one person can provide care to the other (e.g. elderly parent with adult child with learning disabilities) then only one person would need to meet the minimum age criteria • In exceptional circumstances, applicants who are below the minimum age and are disabled may be considered. An assessment would be undertaken to determine if Primrose Gardens would be an appropriate setting for the applicant.
Local Connection. 3.1 To be eligible for the properties an applicant must have a local connection to Broadwindsor Group Parish; hereinafter referred to as the “Parish”. 3.2 A local connection means having one or more of the following connections with the Parish. The connections are listed in priority order (a-d) and, within each priority, the sub-points are also in priority order (i, ii, iii etc): a) Applicants must have: i. As a priority, been continuously and permanently resident in the Parish for at least 5 of the last ten years. Otherwise and at the next level of priority, they shall have been continuously and permanently resident in the Parish for at least the past 2 years. In either case, residency should have been out of choice. ii. Family connections in the Parish; ‘family members’ meaning parents, siblings and non-dependent children who currently reside in the Parish and have lived there for at least 10 years. Other categories of relationship may be considered where clear evidence of frequent contact or commitment, or dependency is shown. If this criterion is not fully met then the period may be reduced to 5 years iii. Been in continuous permanent (over 16 hours per week) employment or self-employment in Broadwindsor Group Parish over at least the preceding 2 years; OR Agreed special circumstances with the CLT that are deemed to be equivalent to the categories above, such agreement then being approved in writing both by the Landlord and by the District Council (or their successors). b) Should any homes remain to be allocated after 2 weeks, then applicants with one of the connections set out in 3.2(a) to the Secondary Parishes of Thorncombe, Mosterton, Stoke Xxxxxx, Pilsdon, Marshwood, South Xxxxxxx and Bettiscombe will become eligible, in addition to applicants with connection to the Primary Parish of Broadwindsor Group Parish, who will retain priority. i Continuously and permanently resident in the District for at least the last 2 years, where residence has been out of choice. Residency in a property where treatment or rehabilitation of any kind whilst working will not count towards establishing a local connection. ii Having had permanent work in the District with a minimum of a 16 hour contract per week for the previous 6 months, and without a break in the period of employment for more than three months.

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system. Facilities used by HTC in providing Services may be connected with terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer. In such a case, facilities and terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer or its customers shall be subject to mutually agreeable technical interface specifications.

  • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Trunk Group Connections and Ordering 5.2.1 For both One-Way and Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, if Onvoy wishes to use a technically feasible interface other than a DS1 or a DS3 facility at the POI, the Parties shall negotiate reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures. 5.2.2 When One-Way or Two-Way Interconnection Trunks are provisioned using a DS3 interface facility, if Onvoy orders the multiplexed DS3 facilities to a Frontier Central Office that is not designated in the NECA 4 Tariff as the appropriate Intermediate Hub location (i.e., the Intermediate Hub location in the appropriate Tandem subtending area based on the LERG), and the provision of such facilities to the subject Central Office is technically feasible, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures. 5.2.3 Each Party will identify its Carrier Identification Code, a three or four digit numeric code obtained from Telcordia, to the other Party when ordering a trunk group. 5.2.4 For multi-frequency (MF) signaling each Party will out pulse ten (10) digits to the other Party, unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise. 5.2.5 Each Party will use commercially reasonable efforts to monitor trunk groups under its control and to augment those groups using generally accepted trunk- engineering standards so as to not exceed blocking objectives. Each Party agrees to use modular trunk-engineering techniques for trunks subject to this Attachment.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection 2.1 This section applies to linking with suppliers providing public telecommunications transport networks or services in order to allow the users of one supplier to communicate with users of another supplier and to access services provided by another supplier, where specific commitments are undertaken.

  • Interconnection Agreement Seller shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Interconnection Agreement.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
