Local Connection. Applicants will have a local connection if they:  Have been continuously resident in Pennine Lancashire for six of the last twelve months, or  Have been resident in Pennine Lancashire for three of the last five years, or  Have a family member who is resident in Pennine Lancashire and has been for a minimum of five years – family members include parents, siblings, children, adult children, grandparents, other special persons (the applicant must have an ongoing relationship and be in contact with the person providing the local connection), or  Have been employed in Pennine Lancashire for the last six months and the work is not seasonal or temporary and the applicant must be working at the point an offer of a tenancy is made See appendix one for more information. Evidence of the local connection will be required.

Local Connection.  Local connection to Lancashire with priority given to those with a local connection to Chorley (within same priority needs bands – see sections 14 and 15) In order to have a local connection to Chorley:  The applicant must be able to demonstrate that they have lived for the past 3 years continuously in the Chorley Council area.  The applicants must be able to demonstrate they have lived for the past 6 months or 3 out of the last 5 years in the Chorley Council area  Applicants who have worked for the past 12 months in full time employment in the Chorley area, providing the work is of at least 16 hours per week  The applicants must be able to demonstrate they have a close family member who reside in the Chorley area and have resided there for at least the last 5 years. Close family member for this criteria means adult children, siblings or parent.  Any other long standing connection accepted by Chorley Council. It is accepted that older people who have lived in Chorley almost all their lives, may not meet the above criteria, and that exceptions mat be made on a case by case basis 8 AGE  Applicants must meet the minimum age criteria of 55 years.  In the case of joint applications (spouse / partners) at least one of the applicants must meet the minimum age criteria of 55 years or older.  Where two people wish to live together so that one person can provide care to the other (e.g. elderly parent with adult child with learning disabilities) then only one person would need to meet the minimum age criteria  In exceptional circumstances, applicants who are below the minimum age and are disabled may be considered. An assessment would be undertaken to determine if Primrose Gardens would be an appropriate setting for the applicant.

  • Indirect Network Connection 64.8.1 For purposes of this Agreement, Indirect Traffic means traffic which is originated by one Party and terminated to the other Party in which a third party ILEC’s Tandem switch both provides the intermediary Transit Service and serves CenturyLink’s NXXs. Indirect Network Connection for Indirect Traffic is intended only for de minimis traffic associated with CLEC “start- up” market entry into a CenturyLink local exchange. Therefore Indirect Network Connection will be allowed only on routes between CenturyLink End Offices and a CLEC switch in instances where, and only so long as, none of the POI thresholds set forth in Section 64.4.2 have been reached.

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system. Facilities used by HTC in providing Services may be connected with terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer.   • Trunk Group Connections and Ordering 5.2.1 For both One-Way and Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, if Onvoy wishes to use a technically feasible interface other than a DS1 or a DS3 facility at the POI, the Parties shall negotiate reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection 2.1.10 Startup Testing and Commissioning

  • Interconnection Agreement On or before December 31, 2015, Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an Interconnection Agreement with the Transmission Owner in order to effectuate the WMPA. Wholesale Market Participant shall demonstrate the occurrence of each of the foregoing milestones to Transmission Provider’s reasonable satisfaction. Transmission Provider may reasonably extend any such milestone dates, in the event of delays that Wholesale Market Participant (i) did not cause and (ii) could not have remedied through the exercise of due diligence. If (i) the Wholesale Market Participant suspends work pursuant to a suspension provision contained in an interconnection and/or construction agreement with the Transmission Owner or (ii) the Transmission Owner extends the date by which Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an interconnection agreement relative to this WMPA, and (iii) the Wholesale Market Participant has not made a wholesale sale under this WMPA, the Wholesale Market Participant may suspend this WMPA by notifying the Transmission Provider and the Transmission Owner in writing that it wishes to suspend this WMPA, with the condition that, notwithstanding such suspension, the Transmission System shall be left in a safe and reliable condition in accordance with Good Utility Practice and Transmission Provider’s safety and reliability criteria. Wholesale Market Participant’s notice of suspension shall include an estimated duration of the suspension period and other information related to the suspension. Pursuant to this section 3.1, Wholesale Market Participant may request one or more suspensions of work under this WMPA for a cumulative period of up to a maximum of three years. If, however, the suspension will result in a Material Modification as defined in Part I, Section 1.18A.02 of the Tariff, then such suspension period shall be no greater than one (1) year. If the Wholesale Market Participant suspends this WMPA pursuant to this Section 3.1 and has not provided written notice that it will exit such suspension on or before the expiration of the suspension period described herein, this WMPA shall be deemed terminated as of the end of such suspension period. The suspension time shall begin on the date the suspension is requested or on the date of the Wholesale Market Participant’s written notice of suspension to Transmission Provider, if no effective date was specified. All milestone dates stated in this Section 3.1 shall be deemed to be extended coextensively with any suspension period permitted pursuant to this provision.
